Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission invites applications from eligible candidates to consider filling up the post of Joint Director (Law).
Law Degree from a recognized University.
Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis.
With 2 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 12 (7th CPC)/PB-3 (pre-revised) Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600/-.
With 5 years of regular service in the pay matrix level – 11 (7th CPC)/PB-3 (pre-revised) Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-.
Experience in regulatory laws.
Knowledge in the Power Sector.
Experience in contract/administrative law.
Experience in handling litigations.
Rs. 118500-214100 Pay Matrix Level – 13 (7th CPC)
Pay Band-4 (pre-revised) Rs. 37,400-67,000 with Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-
