Eligibility Criteria

Manager (Admin)

  • Educational Qualification & Experience: 2 years full-time MBA/PG in Admin /Management / LLB / equivalent relevant professional qualification with 12 years of relevant experience in admin.
  • Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive):
    • Knowledge about labor laws, tender process, etc.
    • Knowledge of MS Office & computerized work environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional leadership and resource management skills.

CTC: 19.20 Lakhs p.a.(approx.)

Admin Officer

  • Educational Qualification & Experience: 2 years Full-Time MBA in management/ HR /personnel management/ LLB/ PG in relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience in admin.
  • Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive):
    • Deal with purchase & procurement activities including GeM procurements.
    • Knowledge about labor laws, the tender process including GeM procurements, processes or procedures required to be followed as per Govt rules.
    • Vendor management, HR-related activities, liaising with other government offices.
    • Recruitment of outsourced employees, conducting training sessions.
    • Knowledge of service-related matters and establishment rules.
    • Knowledge of MS Office & computerized work environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional leadership and resource management skills.

CTC:

Post Classification: Group.-A, Non-S&T, MAS A5(Regular)

Finance Officer

  • Educational Qualification & Experience: C.A. OR 2 years Full-Time MBA in Finance/ CS/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skill Set (Indicative & not exhaustive):
    • Preparation of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Posting of Ledger Accounts, Preparation of
    • Trial Balance and Final Accounts. Accounting, TA and LTC Rules, Maintenance of Cash Book, Principles of Auditing, Income Tax and Service Tax Rules. Knowledge of Purchase related activities including GeM procurements.

Salary

  • Manager (Admin): 19.20 Lakhs p.a. (approx.)
  • Admin Officer: 13.78 Lakh p.a. (approx.)
  • Finance Officer: 13.78 Lakh p.a. (approx.)

Application Fee

  • A non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/- is payable for applying for the posts through online payment mode using internet banking or debit/credit cards during the online application process at the C-DAC website.
  • No application fee for SC/ST/PWD category, and female applicants.
  • Candidates may take note that no cheque, DD, or cash will be accepted towards payment of application fees.
  • Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
