Competition Commission of India is a statutory body of the Government of India responsible for enforcing The Competition Act, 2002 throughout India and to prevent activities that have an appreciable adverse effect on competition in India.

Regulatory Authorities or Universities or Academic or Research or Judicial Institutions having Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognised university and working in an analogous post
Grade or four years of experience in the grade pay of Rs.8700 or ten years in the grade pay of Rs.7600 or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in Competition Law.
