Bridge Policy Think Tank is recruiting enthusiasts in the domain of policy for the full time job role of Consultant at their office in New Delhi.

About the Organization

Bridge Policy Think Tank undertakes policy work for government, regulators apart from advocacy and capacity building for policy implementation. They regularly submit representations on law making and policy to various departments of Central Government and State Government.

They also undertake training of professionals as advocacy effort. They are consultants to chambers of commerce on institutionalization, capacity building and conflict resolution in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Nature of Job

Bridge Policy Think Tank, New Delhi is looking to hire for the job role of Consultant on a full-time basis. The Consultant shall not be allowed to work for other organizations or take up private assignments separately.

Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate shall have the following scope of work:

Ongoing projects with the central government in finance, corporate laws, MSME, and vigilance
Research on law and public policy
Preparing reports and representations with techno-commercial and legal angles
Making recommendations for change in law
Assisting the organization to organize and conduct training programs
Prepare course curriculum and modules for training programs
Attending stakeholder meetings, taking notes, and assisting the seniors during stakeholder consultants
Briefing seniors before important meetings
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and accompanying notes for seniors
Prepare PPT presentations and accompanying notes.
Prepare bid documents for various RFPs and tenders.
Write articles and write-ups for newspapers, magazines and online platforms.
Prepare letters, and proposals for services, arrange and coordinate for meetings.

Eligibility

Post Qualification Experience (PQE): The applicant must have experience in the domain of policy – this may be shown either through a series of internships or past work experience.

Personal Attributes: Driven, hard-working and open to feedback. Readiness to accept responsibility and accountability towards work is a must.

Location

Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, India (no remote joining or work from home shall be allowed)
