maintaining information about client team composition, distribution lists, and client intranet sites.
Assisting with the creation and internal dissemination of related information.
Arranging and preparing for internal client team meetings, taking notes, and following up on actions.
Working with the Commercial Analysis Team to respond to financial information-related reporting requests.
Maintaining fee agreements on the central database and responding to requests for fee information.
Collating information for and assisting with the creation of client Value Added Reports (VAR) and other related reports specified by the client.
Collating and maintaining information for clients; including descriptions of new matters, organization charts, business structures, and client strategies. This will involve liaising with the Business Research Team, the Commercial Analysis Team, leveraging internal reports, and liaising with key client team members throughout the firm to gather information.
Supporting the CDM and Relationship Associate in the implementation of the client plan, including tracking actions.
Supporting the CDM on global panel RFPs and other important matter-specific pitches as appropriate.
Supporting the process associated with taking client feedback and using the intelligence to support the growth of the client.
Assisting with the production of related documents and materials ahead of meetings.
Assisting with the organization and planning of events, seminars, and training.
Skills and Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 4-5 years of total work experience in a corporate firm or a multinational company
Skills and Competencies
Experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within the professional services or equivalent experience in a client development/account management administrative role
Highly motivated, a self-starter, committed to high performance
Pragmatic and have strong project management and analytical capabilities
A strong team player
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and respond quickly to requests which have a short turnaround time
Positive and flexible to ensure that the areas within your responsibility are well managed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (including strong editing and proofing ability and attention to detail)
Confident, resilient, and focused
Be able to demonstrate a track record of being pro-active and delivering high-quality work
Strong general software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
