I. Executive Director, WRI Unit
Executive Director, Lawyers Collective Women’s Rights Initiative
Location : Delhi
Date of Joining: 1 April 2015
Contract Duration: One Year initially (extendable)
Salary: Commensurate with experience
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Education:
a. Masters in the fields of law/social sciences/any other relevant discipline.
b. Additional relevant qualification will be considered an advantage.
Professional Experience:
a. At least 10-15 years experience working in the field of human rights with a focus on women’s issues
b. Has led an organization working on human rights issues in the past or has been in a leadership position in an organization with national, regional or international presence
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
a. Knowledge of leadership and management principles as they relate to non-profit/ voluntary organizations
b. Knowledge of human resources management
c. Knowledge of financial management
d. Knowledge of project management

II. Legal and Advocacy Officer (Junior), HIV Unit
Location: New Delhi
Date of joining: 1 April 2015

Salary: Comparable to Indian NGOs.
Education:
a. Bachelor’s degree in law.
b. Any additional relevant qualifications in the fields of Health/Science/Social Sciences will be considered an advantage.
Professional Experience:
0-3 years experience in litigation/research/non-governmental organisation

III. Practicing Lawyer with Human Rights background, HIV Unit
Lawyers Collective seeks to recruit One legal officer for the HIV/AIDS Unit in New Delhi for HIV litigation.
The job profile includes excellent opportunities for drafting, filing and making appearances at various courts.
The post is open to entry level professionals as well as those having 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of litigation. Preference will be given to persons who are community oriented.
