O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) is a non-profit global university established by the Government of Haryana and recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). JGU was established as a philanthropic initiative of its Founding Chancellor, Mr. Naveen Jindal in memory of his father, Mr. O.P. Jindal.
About the Jindal Global Law School [JGLS]
Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), India’s first global law school is situated on a 80-acre state of the art residential JGU campus. The vision of JGU is to promote global courses, global programmes, global curriculum, global research, global collaborations, and global interaction through a global faculty.
About JGLS LLM
As an advanced degree offered at CPGLS, JGLS, the LL.M. programme is designed to represent outstanding academic achievement. The intensive curriculum provides a number of electives on contemporary topics in international law, business law, tax law-oriented streams and are industry-centric.
Our teaching pedagogy is based on the assumption that students pursuing an LL.M. degree have a strong academic background and a basic understanding of their speciality area. Many of our courses will be taught by both leading scholars and periodically by accomplished international and domestic practitioners.
Leading academicians, senior lawyers, judges, industry professionals will be offering lectures as a part of the programme. We ensure a high faculty-student ratio and better interactive learning atmosphere
CPGLS, JGLS offers specially designed, fully accredited, one-year full-time LL.M. programme with a global exposure for students seeking a world class postgraduate education in Law. The LL.M. programme is academically rigorous, requiring students to produce at least one scholarly piece of writing of publishable quality during the course of their study. Students will be supervised by a faculty member and provided with the necessary help to publish their independent research.

Careers for JGLS LLM
JGLS has entered into multiple MoUs and collaborations to facilitate internships and placements for JGLS students and graduates. JGLS also has extensive ties within government, businesses, and civil society, which are used to assist in placing our students and graduates. Our graduating students have opted for diverse careers in organizations ranging from law firms, corporates, senior counsels, think-tanks, start-ups, and public policy organizations, among others.
