The Sultan-Ul-Uloom College of Law was established in the year 1989 with the mission to train professional lawyers with ethical and moral values. Through the time span of three decades the college has made its mark in the city of Hyderabad as a premier college and is currently offering training in LL.B(3YDC), B.A. LL.B (5YDC), B.B.A.LL.B (5YDC), LL.M (Corporate Law), and LL.M (Constitutional Law)
ABOUT MOOT COURT COMPETITION
The Janab Amjad Ali Khan Memorial National Level Moot Court Competition aims to give a unique and enriching learning experience for everyone associated with it. The objective of this Moot Court Competition is to provide the students with an opportunity to develop their advocacy skills and to give them a practical courtroom experience.
Students pursuing the three or five-year courses of the LL.B. Degree in the academic year 2019- 2020 from any recognized Law School/College/University in India are eligible to participate.
The participating team shall comprise a minimum of two and a maximum of three members.
Two designated as speakers and one as a researcher.
The researcher may be permitted to argue as a speaker only in case of illness of the speaker or
Any unforeseen event, but written permission of the Moot Court Convener in such cases shall be mandatory.
No additional member is allowed to accompany the team.
REGISTRATION AND FEE
Teams must register provisionally by March 5th, 2020, by sending an email suclhydmoot[at]gmail.com with the subject “Registration for National Level Moot Court Competition 2020”.
Registration Fees is Rs. 2,000/- per team. The registration fee can be paid through Demand Draft, drawn in favour of PRINCIPAL, SULTAN-UL-ULOOM COLLEGE OF LAW, payable at SBI, P & SB Banjara Hills, or by Online to the account – SBI, P & SB Banjara Hills, Branch-20940, Account No: 52086276133, IFSC Code: SBIN0020940. The participants are required to mention their transaction details on the Registration form and attach the Receipt of Transaction with the Registration Form.
