Workshop on Intellectual Property @ Indian Law Institute, Delhi [April 20-21]: Register by April 18


Intellectual property law curriculum is in a constant state of development world over because of the continuing development of national and international intellectual property law. Though the study of intellectual property law in the law schools is an academic study, the students should be introduced to criticality as well as aim at developing professional skills.

It is therefore required that teaching should be built around the future range of careers opening to graduates and post graduates and the curriculum should remain responsive to the demands of employers and profession.

With this objective, the Indian Law Institute is organising a two day workshop on Intellectual Property: Procedure and Practice” on April 20 & 21, 2018.

The workshop seeks to empower students with a practical understanding of issues relating to procedure, processing, management and enforcement of intellectual property i.e. the filing, drafting, valuation, licensing etc. It intends to provide a platform for academicians, professionals and students to interact and discuss contemporary issues related to IP practice.

The initiative is expected to equip students with the necessary critical assessment skills, insight and analytical ability to practice effectively in this field of law and occupy the position of experts in IP Law.
