First Day Formalities, Infrastructure, First Impression

We were given an article and a case law for researching and writing an essay on the same, the infrastructure is quite good, and their first impression is amiable and polite.

Main Tasks

It’s an online charitable fund organization that maintains a directory of doctors who treat especially abled people all over the country and the world.

Work Environment

The work environment was amicable and good.

Good Things

The team is accommodating, polite spoken, and we get flexible working hours.

Bad Things

Not very clear with the instructions like they won’t tell you all the details in one go they tell you the steps of one project in one by one manner. Lack of effective communication.

No stipend

It was an online internship, so no accommodation was required.

Anything Else?

It was a 1-month internship, and it was also my first internship with an NGO.

I learned how to work with deadlines, improved my researching abilities, and experience team management and some digital skills.
