I am a 4th Year student of B.A.(H), LL.B (Hons) of NUSRL, Ranchi and this particular internship was taken on my part when I was in my 3rd Year.
Wadia Ghandy & Co. is indeed a top tier law firm (as per RSG rating) with its head office at Mumbai and spreading out its branches all over India and abroad.
However because of being newly born, Delhi branch office could hardly accommodate 5-6 interns at a time.
The office in whole stands divided only to 5 compartments with 1 devoted to interns.

A-239, First Floor Defence Colony [no direct metro connection to Defence Colony]
One can avail PG at Green park or Hauz Khas.
Need not ask the associates for task. They are co-operative enough and unlike other law firms they don’t actually feel like giving clerical jobs.
One can attend the meetings held with the clients with a condition of marking it confidential.
No strict timings but it would be better if you reach office by 10 am.
Depending on your work they may relieve you around 7 pm or 7:30 pm.
2nd and 4th Saturday are off
One can visit to the Court along with the partner Mr. Amit Sethi and other associates attached with Lit. Dept.
How and When to apply
For Delhi office, you can approach directly to the associates and their mail id is available over net.
To name some: Mr. Dipti Lavya Swain, Miss. Ankita Chatterjee and so on.
Apply at least
2-3 months before the required time.
No need to poke them, day in and out, if they like- they shall forward the same to the HR. They provide internship only for a month and in no case it stands extended.
Defence Colony Market is next to the door, just go and enjoy for you will get 1 hour as your lunch break.
Basically they don’t pay you.
But going in winter would fetch you some ‘Westside’ coupons along with ‘Pizza-hut’ bonus because of Diwali offer.
Go and Enjoy there.
It was pleasant working with Wadia Ghandy Team. And of course first impression is last longing. So try working sincerely but don’t butter them for they are experienced practicing lawyers.
