Application Process with contact details
One of my friend recommended me to intern at Veda Legal. I applied by sending my CV on the official website of Veda Legal.
After two three days IÂ got the confirmation letter that my application has been accepted and IÂ can join Veda Legal asap.
Duration of internship and timings
Joining date: 4th July, 2016
Internship completed on 3rd August, 2016
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
First impression was the last impression. The first day impression on sir was that IÂ am serious regarding my profession and that work till the last day.
There were no such formalities. Sir only had a look on my documents and then inquired about my field of interest.
I think by asking this question he wanted to know my interest that whether it is in corporate or litigation. however IÂ told him that previously IÂ had interned at a litigating firm and hence IÂ am aware of the litigation.
Infrastructure was good. sir had a different room and interns were supposed to sit outside in another room.
It is emphasized that the atmosphere was very friendly and if any intern wants to inquire anything he can directly go to sir and sir was always there to help him.
Main tasks
Basically, Veda Legal being a corporate firm has corporate clients, hence we were supposed to accompany sir for such meetings.
Sometimes sir has also sent us to attend such meeting to develop professionalism in his interns.
Aside such meetings we were supposed to draft petitions, compounding applications, search case laws, accompany sir to high courts and various other courts etc.
Work environment and people
Work environment was awesome and friendly.
We all had here lunch together.
We had a holiday on Sundays and at times we planned for picnic or other entertaining spots to go and chill out there.
It was fun interning at Veda Legal.

Accommodation
Savitri Nagar is near Malviya nagar, so Ihave taken a flat near malviya nagar metro station.
There was a restaurant at about walking distance from my flat where IÂ usually go and have my food.
Office Timings
Usually the office timings were 9 AM to 7 PM, but it may vary depending upon the work.
Actually interns were supposed to finish up all the work assigned to them then only sir permits them to leave for their home.
However, if any intern has a genuine reason then also sir at times permits him to leave for home.
