Name of Organisation, Location city, Team Strength
Application Process with contact details
Through an associate with the firm.
Duration of internship and timings
18th May, 2016 – 20th June, 2016
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The first word that pops into my head is intimidating.
I was introduced to the HR manager and given a stack of documents to read and sign, after which I met the associates and the other interns.
The interns have their own sitting space, away from the associates, which I really liked for it makes it possible to ask for/help someone with their work, take a little break and it breaks the serious aura in the main building.
Research. Research. Research.
Work environment and people
The associates are thorough professionals.
The administrative staff is extremely approachable and friendly.
The interns prove to be great friends both during and after the internship
One of the best parts was that interns are actually taken seriously by the associates. They’re kept in the loop and the associates actually encourage them to learn.
Any associate may give any intern work. Which sometimes overlaps with another associate’s work, causes delay and sometime leads to confusion.
Take instructions from 2 or maximum 3 people ONLY.
At home. I’m based in Delhi itself.
9:45 am – 6:45 pm
