First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The office is a big one as it is the zonal office and had two buildings one where the employees like HR officers, Assistant Branch Manager were seated and the other building was for the public for their transactions. i was required to vist the Zonal office during my internship.
There wasn’t any work for me. I was asked to read case laws on SARFAESI Act, 2002 and give them the judgments in the form of reports.
Later I was assigned with a project work on “practical implementation of SARFAESI Act, 2002” after submission my work was over.
Work environment and people
People over there are quite busy so didn’t get much time to interact with them and they didn’t were always in a hurry to complete their work but I interacted with the Chief Manager who was a really motivating person and helped me during my tenure.
I was not supposed to go everyday and the timing was good which made it easy for me to attend the internship after my college hours. And after showing my daily work I was allowed to leave which hardly took half an hour.
People are too busy to clear doubts even to clarify the procedure for application. I had to wait for long just to submit my documents as formality. Applying and getting started with the internship was not a easy task.
Patience is very important thing. I learnt how to keep my temper in control even when there is lacuna on the side of the other person. Hard work can win people’s heart and change their behavior towards someone.
I am staying at college hostel. Still accommodation nearby is little difficult to get
There was no strict timing but my intern guide asked me to come after 4 pm due to their workload in the first hours. I was not required to visit the office everyday. I had been there only five times during the tenure of my internship.
