First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

My first day was a nice experience.I was told to be there by 9:30 and I reached on time.On the first day I introduced to everyone in the office and then given a case on arbitration to read and make notes of.

Main tasks

Reading cases, making case briefs and notes, court visits, drafting, research work, etc.

Work environment and people

The work environment is very relaxed and people are very helpful.From the associates to other staffs, everyone is very helpful and nice.

Patience is very important to succeed in this field, especially litigation.

Accommodation

I stay in a pg in my Bangalore near my college.So I traveled from my pg to the office.

Office Timings

Usual timings were 9:30 to 6. But they are pretty relaxed and I could always reach little late and leave early as I stayed far.
