We had to get both theoretical and practical knowledge.

Going through regulations of the commission and working of PSHRC

Also to have understanding of Protection of Human Rights Act,1993

Submitted a project report on “Status Quo of the Education System of Government Schools in Punjab”

Work environment and people

The work environment was quite good.

All the people were cooperative and no such restrictions were there.

It was fun working with PSHRC.

Best things

We got both practical and theoretical knowledge. It helped me a lot to boost up my confidence and enhance skills, i.e. communication and writing both.

Moreover, we got to meet new students from different colleges and build new contacts.Having interactions with officers was also a great thing.

I would definitely recommend internship at PSHRC.

Biggest Lessons

Since its a human rights commission, one gets to know about the realities of hard life.

There was something new to be learned everyday.
