First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
We did all the work in a conference room. Comfortable environment.
Main tasks included reading the complaints received and accepting or rejecting them on the basis of the criteria mentioned in human rights protection act and filling forms related to the complaints.
We were also asked to prepare a topic related to human rights for presentation in groups.
We were later given a research topic and were supposed to submit a project related to it. It was a group task.
Work environment and people
Work environment was pretty good. Our mentors were experienced and helpful.
The building was shady but the rooms were pretty comfortable.
9 am – 1 pm
The timings were strict but reasonable delay was acceptable.
