Internship Experience @ Pinnacle Law Firm, Noida : Drafting and Research Work, Great Work Environment, Performance Based Stipend

Name of the college / Year

Rakshith Srivastava, Amity Law school , Lucknow, 3rd year.

Name of the organization/city.

Pinnacle Law Firm Noida.

Duration of the internship. No. of days/week. Timings

I interned from 5th May 2014 – 31st May 2014; around 26 days.

Timings of office are strict; Interns are required to reach office around 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

How big was the office? Team strength?

Very comforting and absolutely friendly people. Office was occupied on the ground floor of a commercial building but was done up very well. Fully equipped with a whole section for office stationery and relevant books.

Total strength of office was near about 25 which includes Attorneys and Consultants. Associates were very supporting and encouraging.

Application procedure. Internship contact details.

I was referred by my personal contacts, but interns can apply to Pinnacle, Noida by sending there resumes at

Accommodation: how, where, how was it?

The Pinnacle law firm is located at sector – 63 Noida there are number of PGs there, you can get the list by or justdial.

However I stayed at my relative’s home, so accommodation was not a problem for me.

First impression. First day, formalities etc.

The very first day I was late to the office as the very same day I came to Noida as I entered people were busy with their work.

One of the associates called me; he explained me about the work of Pinnacle, important cases the firm is going through and many other things.

Main tasks

Interns were asked to make briefing of cases, go through the cases find the relevant case laws, assisting associates to Supreme Court, High Court, National Green Tribunal and different Lower Courts, Translations were given to Interns to prepare the file, Drafting etc.

Overall there was sufficient work with firm which enriches the knowledge of interns.

Work environment, people

The work environment is pretty great. The associates are really cool to work with. They are friendly, approachable and act like buddies.

I was really lucky to have an amazing associate who was really chilled out and made life easier.

There are different associates who keep an eye on work of Interns and also guide them whenever there are any issues they try to help interns to grasp more and more.

The very important thing is that they will clear all the problems related to your query in no time they will also suggest you for your future goals.

Best things?

The main associate Mr. Arvind Sir (BOSS) is very helping, he will also help you out for your future internships.

While accompanying him to courts he takesiInterns for lunch after the work and all stuff from courts are over. Free tea, coffee and snacks are also offered.

Everyone including all associates and interns are invited to have lunch together in a common room, this is the time when you can get to know each other personally. Associates treat you as their co-workers not interns.

Moreover there wasn’t a single day where I sat idle or got bored with the kind of work I was assigned. So it was a very satisfying experience. I personally look forward to work there again.

Bad things?

Strict timings can kill you, you are not allowed to leave office before the given timings.

It may kill your social life as there’s just too much work .

The most worst thing is that after attending the courts for hours you can’t leave for the day, you need to go back again office and prepare for the next cases which was sometimes frustrating.

What did you do to chill?

There are several places near by sector 63 to hang out and awesome food.

There are Haldirams , Bikanerwala , Spicy Bite , Jungle House , CCD, Sanjeev Kapoors special (Yellow Chillies) these are the places you will love to go with your co interns.

And for sure if you do visit pinnacle don’t miss the (Aloo ke parathe and pyaz ke samosa) I can bet you will fall in love with them.
Lastly sector 62 is good market to chill and roam around.

Stipend/ month

It depends upon your performance and work.
