First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The first impression at PUCL was that as we reached the wrong destination we were being scolded by Kavita Ma’am. The first was of my internship was that as soon as we reached our we were directly assigned our task for the day.
There is no such formalities at PUCL its more like a friendly atmosphere. There is no such infrastructure at PUCL since it is not a funded organization but there is a proper place from where PUCL runs its work.
The main task at PUCL that we were being given to deal with various survey for the petition that PUCL has filed in courts along with various interaction with dignitary for law field and also deal with cases against violence on women.
Work environment and people
The work environment at PUCL is really good people here are really friendly and you also get to interact with fellow interns fro various colleges across the country. Although Kavita Ma’am is very strict but also very caring person. She is the soul of PUCL Jaipur.
The best thing for being at PUCL is that you get to know ground reality of the things happening in our country and what is the conditions prevailing in our society and the position of women and the problems they face in our society.
There is no such bad things except the strictness of Kavita Ma’am and sometimes late night work.
The biggest lesson that I learned here was to known the problem that our society is dealing and especially the degrading status for women in our country and backlog in our judicial system and there decisions.
