A sole practitioner of 12 years standing requires a paid intern for a medium-term (one year long) research project concerning corporate law research.

Specifically, the prospective intern will be required to create case summaries from various sources (available in office) on pre-assigned topics. The objective is to create a research database to assist with a forthcoming book on shareholders agreements and joint ventures.

The prospective intern should be able to devote 10-15 hours a week within the office for this purpose and as much time as is required outside the office to complete each specific assignment in time. Writing and language skills are essential and a sample will be requested.

Remuneration will be between INR 7,500 to 15,000 per month depending on skills and experience.

The intern will have the advantage of learning case law related to current topics in corporate law and studying the area of research in depth. Furthermore, his or her work will be reviewed by an experienced professional with a high quality practice, and the resultant training may be valuable.

Please send all resumes to [email protected].

You are advised to write in only if you know that you can commit the time required and that you have the language and writing skills necessary for the position.
