Directly go to the office and ask about internship. They will tell the slots and will ask for a recommendation letter from college.
Duration of internship and timings
26th December, 2014 – 15th January, 2015
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
There were lot of people, files and advocates in the office. I signed in the attendance register and then was asked to sit and observe the proceedings of forum.
Infrastructure is good. The court room and library are on one floor and office on another floor.
The main task is to sit and observe the proceedings of court and read case appeals which are already decided.
At the end of the internship we have to submit a project in which we have to briefly tell about any 5 cases which we read.
Work environment and people
Work environment is cordial. People there are ready to help and answer your queries.
Flexible timings and attendance. Lots of fun with co interns.
Very less work. Sometimes you will feel bored sitting there.
If you intent to learn, you need to make efforts.
