First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
I had butterfly’s in my stomach the office is that 8th floor of the buildings as IÂ was interning under east India head legal Mr. Sohu he brainstormed me with the basic work of the organisation. HR completed the basic formalities.
Then my supervisor introduced me to the legal team which consisted of 4 employees and after the formalities were completed was given access to a system.
Main tasks
As IÂ was in my 1st year of law IÂ did not have much knowledge because of that IÂ had to read Arbitration Act, section 138 of negotiable instrument act RBI Guidelines on repossession of vehicles first. Then IÂ had to study the loan agreements of the organisation.
Then came the fun part which was assisting Lawyers in cases. I even had a chance to witness an arbitration session and was given some research task followed by updating Arbitration files.
Work environment and people
Work Environment is pretty friendly office is located in the hub of the city of joy in Salt lake sector V employees are very helpful they will always help you when you are in need.
Most of the days IÂ use to bring my own lunch but there is KFC, CCD, Pizza Hut, MC’D and other local joints nearby with unlimited supply of coffee and tea in the office which includes evening snacks.
