Application Process with contact details

I applied through my personal contact but you can send your Curriculum Vitae along with a cover letter, preferably 3-4 months earlier to the desired period, at the E-Mail ID mentioned on their website.

Duration of internship and timings

July 2016

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

I was asked to sit in the conference room, after which I was briefed by the HR, about basic rules and conduct to be maintained inside the office. I was also given a form, which I had to fill then and there only, along with a worksheet and the feedback form, which was to be submitted on the last day. Then, every intern was escorted to his/her workstation.

Main tasks

During my internship, I took work from every department possible, from IPR to International Commercial Arbitration. I was mainly asked to do research work regarding trademark registration, SEBI disclosures and FDI in Defence Sector.

Work environment and people

The work environment is very friendly and chilled out. Associates are always willing to give you work, regardless of how much have you actually studied in your law school.

Best things

It was my first internship, in my 2 years of law school. So, the experience was really good. I learned something new everyday.

Bad things

No stipend.

Biggest Lessons

Working in a law firm is a very serious affair and nothing can replace your hard-work.

Overall Rating

I live in New Delhi, so I commuted daily via Metro till Jasola Apollo at the Violet Line. The office is a 5 minute rickshaw ride from the metro station.

Office Timings

Timings were 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The management was very strict about the timings and interns were not allowed to leave before 6:30 pm.
