One can apply through email or can directly go to the office and after submitting resume, fees and application form internship can be easily started on the given date as told by internship coordinator.

Duration of internship and timings

27th June, 2016 to 28th July, 2016

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

Go to office, submit fees, form and resume and they will introduce you about your work.

Main tasks

Main task was to visit the place where human rights were violated with fact finding team and after that make a report over it and then file a PIL over the same.

Work environment and people

Work environment was nice people were friendly. Head of the organisation Mr. K K Roy was a man of charismatic personality yet down to earth and he is always ready to treat you as his own son and not as an intern also he never let you down by judging your abilities but always ready to help you.

After that Smriti Kartikeya ma’am (Coordinator UP) was also very nice to work with. She is a perfect blend of intelligence, dedication, devotion and she was fun to work with. She is also always ready to help you.

Finally internship coordinator Mr Charlie Prakash was a cool and nice coordinator I have ever seen and he will help you in the completion of project or any work by providing you necessary things like books, format etc.

Bad things

I had not noticed any bad things as such.


No stipend

Biggest Lessons

1. Law field is really challenging

2. Always stay updated

3. Everyday is a new creation in world as well as in law also

4. Try to learn new things by your very own effort also.

5. Working for the rights of deprived and public service provides you a sense of self satisfaction

It was in my hometown so no accommodation was needed by me.
