How did you apply for the internship?

With the help of LinkedIn, I found this online internship program.

I filled the application details for the same. And after a few days I got the confirmation on email about the selection.

First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression

I was informed by the team of ubAdvocate for my internship. And they give me my first task.

Main Tasks

There were numbers of task to perform: 

1. Researching;

2. Drafting;

3. Analysis;

4. Find resolution; and

5. Give best advice to client. 

Work Environment

Since it was an online internship we did not get to know about the work environment.

However, the coordinators of the internship were really very good.

They regularly checked our problems and reviewed our work.

Good Things

The good things about the internship: 

1. One can understand how to work in real life; 

2. Personality development;

3. Build confidence;

4. Make a good friend (Professional Network);

5. Understand work ethics;

6. The more experience you acquire, the better you position yourself for success in landing a job; 

7. Help in time management;

8. Understand professional skill and quality;

9. Most importantly Student can earn some money while learning; and

10. Get to know your work of interest while working in various field in very early age.

Bad Things

1. In various internships you won’t get paid much and some NGOs, you will not get paid at all;

2. Working hours varies;

3. Hardship;

4. Sometimes trainee’s work gets ignored and there is no appreciation; and

5. Challenging environment

Not get accommodation in virtual internships.

Anything else?

Now, I am studying law from Delhi university but before it, I was doing B.Com professional and simultaneously worked as a chartered accountant for approx two years.

I learnt the basics of accounting, auditing, office culture, client handling, client site visiting and many more aspects.

I was an accountant cum audit assistant in the company.

Except this I have also played state level football championship under the government of Uttar Pradesh.

I also follow the Indian football team’s matches.
