4 weeks.
There is no timing as such, they give you a topic and you have to research on that and at the end of the internship you have to provide them a report on that topic.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
The first day had nothing to do other then signing of the attendance and a briefing session about the internship program (referred as training program by them).
The first day seemed dull and boring to me. Not many had turned up that day, nor there was anything to do that day.
Main tasks
The main tasks consisted of reading of the cases that were scheduled for that day and elaborating or presenting the case before the bench and answering the questions asked by them.
Main task was, you have to submit project report on the topic which was related to human rights in a given month.
Work environment and people
Working environment was good, students from different colleges, NLUs.
Best things
It was really great experience having such an eminent person sharing his personal insights with us. That was the best part of the whole training program.
Bad things
As we were not having much work so we got very few learning experience.
Stipend
None
Biggest Lessons
You will learn quite a few things and the research work you do will be very extensive.
