I applied a month before through e-mail by sending my CV with a cover letter at intern[at]singhvilaw.in
First Day Formalities, Infrastructure, First Impression
Mohit Sir, Founder and Head at Singhvi & Co., had a conversation regarding my previous internship experiences and acquainted me with the matters the firm deals in.
The main tasks related to case law research, assisting in drafting legal notices, writ petitions and various contracts. Since there are many Company law matters as well, I got to draft NCLT Applications as well.
There is a healthy work environment wherein everyone at the office is willing to teach and help and at the same time expect you to perform well. All the people motivate you throughout your internship duration to work harder. They review your work till it is perfect which in turn immensely help you to improve.
Everyone has a positive approach in the office and they always try to motivate you to work harder
You also get to work on diverse areas of law.
You also learn the skill of counselling a client as Mohit Sir ensures that you observe everything whenever any client comes to the office.
Associates take you out to some café.
Stipend (If Any)
I got Rs. 4000. But it may vary as per the performance of an intern.
Accommodation, Commuting to Office
I am from Jodhpur itself so it was not an issue for me.
