3 weeks and timings were 10.30 to 11.00 am in the morning to 6.30 – 7.00 pm in the evening.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
There were no first day formalities and I was just shown my work desk where all the interns used to sit together.
The office is housed in the basement and is shared by another Criminal Lawyer.
There were three other co-interns who were interning under him.
Researching on different provisions and issues of Intellectual Property laws especially Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, Designs; Trademark Searches; Patent Invalidation Search; Drafting Plaints and responses to examination reports of Design applications.
Work environment and people
The work environment is quite friendly and all the associates were really helpful.
The co-interns were really nice to talk to and share knowledge.
There were so many options for food delivery so we used to binge on junk food as and when we liked.
I got a small sum of money as stipend and as a gesture of appreciation for my work.
Icing on the cake: We all were taken for lunch at Taj Vivanta as this is a custom followed by them marking Court Vacation and a short respite from hectic Schedule.
