Candidates applying for internship must bring a bonafide certificate/letter of recommendation from college and ID cards issued by college.

Duration of internship and timing

From 1st Aug ’18 to 30th Aug ’18 (4 weeks)

Office hours- 10am to 4pm from Monday to Friday

There are no strict rules and regulations other than discipline towards work.

First Impression, First Day Formalities and Infrastructure

The office is situated in the building named Chetak Centre on the ground floor at South Tukoganj. The office has WiFi for the interns and they are given desk and chairs to sit.

On the first day, I met Mr. Amay Bajaj (head) and Ms. Mansi Dubey (head) and had to submit a form along with my photo ID proofs.

Later that day, I was asked to submit five articles on three legal and two social topics related to the current issues in India.

Main Tasks

The main task my team was given was

  • Researching
  • Public survey (field work)
  • Report Drafting

Work Environment and People

The work environment is very good. The place is very silent and one can easily do his office works there. People there are very friendly and helpful. The building also has a canteen service along with ATM facilities and cyber cafes.

Good Things

The location of the Office is very nice. Any Autowala can easily spot the place. Interns from  or outside Indore can easily get PGs there. I also took part in the Independence Rally which was conducted to raise funds for the Indian Army.

Stipend

None. Interns will be provided with a certificate on completion of internship. The work submitted by interns shall also be published.

Conclusion

One should apply for this internship if one is looking for a serious internship. There is no dearth of work for hardworking interns.
