The virtual internship was designed in such a way, that the interns have to complete allocated weekly tasks during the internship period of one month and have to submit an article at the end of their internship. There were weekly feedback sessions and few workshops during the internship.

I have the experience of a virtual internship under Sofia ma’am. One can expect knowledgeable workshops and feedback sessions from this internship.
On the very first day of the internship, there was a briefing session. In the introductory session, the rules were clearly explained about the work and after a few hours of it we had a workshop on client counselling. This internship helped me to link my theoretical knowledge with the practical work scenario.
I was very nervous during the first week but as soon as I interacted with my co-interns and Sofia ma’am, it boosted my little confidence back. During the one month of the internship, I learned that we have to face the challenges with a positive spirit and not to lose hope at any point in life.
This internship has broadened my views on various areas of study. I did a lot of research on the latest laws, analyzed judgements, drafted legal notices and affidavits during this one month. At the end of this internship, I wrote an article which is an important task of the internship that got published on the official website. Every session of the internship is a new opportunity to learn, upskill and enhance my knowledge. This internship had turned the June month of my calendar into a fruitful one.
The working environment is very positive and enriching. The Mentor Sofia Bhambri Ma’am is an optimistic, encouraging and humble person who turns the work pressure into an interesting activity for the interns.
Sometimes, the journey matters more than the destination. Similarly, for me the lessons learnt are more important to me than any stipend or certificate provided.
No stipend was provided, but there was a certificate of internship provided to all the interns who had successfully completed their tasks. The article submitted at the end of the internship as an important task will get published at their website if it meets the requirements. Future referrals were also given to good interns. Certificate of extraordinary merit and best intern of the month was also provided to meritorious interns.
