How did you Apply?

The notification was sent by Registrar of Companies – Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Bangalore to Corporate Affairs and Placement Committee.

Main Tasks

The main tasks included drafting of prosecutions, preparation of the compounding reports which were sent to the Regional Directorate in Hyderabad, drafting show-cause notices on various sections’ violations and preparation of merger and demerger reports.

Good Things

The staff and the superiors were highly cooperative. The superiors personally explained everything and cleared the doubts. The environment was very friendly and cooperative.

Bad Things

The only bad thing was that there was no stipend, and this was a two-month internship


No stipend


The accommodation was not a problem since we have our college hostel and PGs nearby. Though if one wants accommodation near the office, there are a lot of PGs in Koramangala.
