First impression, first day, formalities

The office is situated in Panchsheel Park which is one of the premium locations of Delhi. First Day at the firm was extremely welcoming and warm. The Managing Partner Ms. Rajeshwari Hariharan, is one of the most humble person I have ever interned with.

The first impression of the office was great as it’s a well-made office where the working area is typically separated for every department with individual desks for every Associate, Senior Associates whereas the Partner has individual cabin overlooking the working area.

Here you can wear semi formals or t-shirts and there is no need to wear formals every day.

Main tasks

The team is a mixed bag regarding the experience where many of the associates are freshers and including Senior Associates being vastly experienced.

I wanted to work on the very first day. I was assigned to the trademarks department. I was taught from the basics and was given all the tasks from the basic research to the accountable one’s

Rajeshwari and Associates are a firm dealing extensively with diverse areas of IPR.

Work environment, people

I have to say as many internships I’ve done the best working atmosphere exists in this office where the associates are very humble and they make you feel very comfortable since the very first day and not a single day goes by when you see them and they don’t greet you.

Neha Ma’am, who heads the trademarks team is also extremely approachable in case of any doubts and would give you lots of leads if you need help with your research. She will guide you with the basics but only when you show that you are serious about working hard.

Good things
  • Very understanding and friendly associates.
  • Quality Work
  • Work reviewed simultaneously.
  • Professional yet friendly atmosphere.
  • One can interact and have fun while working.
Bad thing

The only bad thing here is that there is no stipend, however, the kind of work and the work environment will make you want to learn all you can during your term of the internship.

Since the office is situated in Panchsheel park accommodation is easily available near Malviya Nagar, Saket etc. There is a metro station just at the walking distance of the office.
