How did you apply for the internship?

I applied for the internship by sending my CV and cover letter at careers@palaw.in

First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression

There was no first-day formality that stands out.

After reaching the office and putting my name and time of arrival in the register, I was introduced to the protocols and rules to be followed.

Main Tasks

The main task included research and drafting. I was asked to research on various kinds of matters.

I drafted numerous petitions too.

Work Environment

The work environment was good. The lawyers were very helpful and friendly.

Good Things

It is a good place to learn if you are serious about a career in dispute resolution and corporate law.

Even if you do make mistakes, they will help you correct them and become better.

The place can help one to improve their research skills and drafting ability.

Bad Things

There is no bad thing since I was able to attain what I expected from the internship.

Stipend

Rs.10,000/- 

Details about accommodation and commute

Since I live in Delhi, accommodation was not an issue. But there are numerous PGs nearby.

Anything else?

The place is best for one who is keen to learn.

It is not limited to a formal working ambience but friendly interactions were also there.

One can expect a productive internship with diverse work.
