My internship with NHRC overall was good, I learned many things like how NHRC work and how its functions works.
The first day of internship was registration and the best part is that we took pledge by NHRC for protecting and promoting human rights of all, and rest of the days we attend many lectures’s like – Functioning of Law Divison, Functioning of Investigation Divison, Complaint Management Information System, Human Trafficking and Human Rights, Prison Reforms and Human Rights and other lecture’s.
The third day of internship we visited on Law Divison including briefing about the Scrutiny of complaints as well as Investigation Divison.
My duration of internship we have 68 interns overall which all belong Delhi NCR. We all interns got a lectures from IAS, IPS officers and interact with them. The food canteen of NHRC was good and affordable
My work experience was very good and entire teams of NHRC was good and all personnel working at NHRC are so helping.
It provides overall a good experience to closely witness the functioning and to understand the powers of NHRC. If anyone who is passionate and interested to work in the field of Human rights then, they must try to take up the opportunity to work here.

I am an army girl! In a barbie world! Keeper of 5 dogs. On a diet for now. Sometimes I might make punctuation mistakes, but I make up for it by bringing in a crore or two extra. What's more important, a misplaced comma, or a well-placed crore?
