The firm is located at the Anand Niketan and has easy access to metro both South campus metro Station and Munirka Metro Station. The office is spread over 2 floors with separate chambers for each partner, conference room and workplace for associates and interns.
The First Day I was welcomed by Rahul Sir who told me about day to day working of the firm and normal Formalities of the Firm. The firm works with big clients and Senior Partners are well-reputed in the Court.
Main Tasks
The firm deals with litigation of various kinds of cases in areas such as consumer disputes, debt recovery matters, copyright, trademark, civil disputes, property suit, etc. and arbitration. Generally, a senior partner assigns work to the intern but other associates of the department also delegate works depending on the workload and availability.
Work included research, preparation of notes on various topics, preparing summaries of arguments and list of dates, case law search, drafting notices and letters, etc.
Good Things
