I applied by sending my resume to official e-mail id of ICUL.
First Day Formalities Initial Impressions
I received an immediate response to my email that I have been selected for an Internship. They also contacted me through phone for confirmation. The first day as we all well knew we must be there on time sharp at 9 AM.
Thereafter, in-time was 9.30 AM. The first day, I submitted my resume and all required documents, then they showed me my desk. I was provided with a Laptop.
I was really impressed by the ambience of the office and their hospitality. The HR Ms. Nidhi introduced me to each and every associate working there in person and that was the best ever thing.

All the persons working there were very professional and equally kind and free. There is no difference in seniority or intern, etc. All were treated equally.
Everyone working there was calm, kind and respectful. I experienced a very peaceful environment. There was no compulsion that I need to work under one person. Each day different persons gave me different works.
They also taught me if I was wrong somewhere. The hospitality workers were also kind and helpful. It is a very good place for First-time interns to make a good start.
I find no bad thing or negative experiences in this intern. Maybe, due to their busy date schedules, few hours I was sitting still with no work which made me frustrated sometimes. But, that was not a negative thing as they had to run to complete their report. Overall experience was very good.
No stipend usually
I stayed in PG in a street just opposite to the Tower, walkable distance
I learnt how to be professional, appear professional and behave professionally. They were the best ideals of it. It was admirable to see when Women associates outnumbered Men, inspired too.
