First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
We had to report by 10:30 am on the first day, the infrastructure is really good, they have 3 separate buildings for accommodating various departments such as litigation, corporate, taxation, IPR, real estate etc.
At around 10:45 am all interns were taken to a conference room for a small introduction and briefing about the work ethics and the environment in the office. All the interns based on the department they were interning in were allotted a mentor whom we had to report to.
Court visits: City Civil Court, Hon’ble Karnataka High Court, Mediation Centre, Family Court.
Research work: Worked on Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, Hindu Marriage Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Armed Forces Act, Companies Act
Had to give a presentation on the last day in a conference room where almost all the associates attend.
There is work given to you at all times, once a task is completed, there is another waiting, and thus it ensures a busy yet informative schedule.
No bad things.
Accommodation, commuting to office
It is in the heart of the city in MG Road, there is good connectivity via metro and buses.
Anything else, what you did to chill out, lessons learnt, etc
All interns had a separate interns room where we had our privacy, on days we all had less work, we used to talk and get to know each other better.

I am an army girl! In a barbie world! Keeper of 5 dogs. On a diet for now. Sometimes I might make punctuation mistakes, but I make up for it by bringing in a crore or two extra. What's more important, a misplaced comma, or a well-placed crore?
