How did you Apply?

Sent my CV and a cover letter to sukriti.kashyap[at] Thereafter, a telephonic interview was conducted wherein I was asked questions related to environmental law.

First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression

Since it was a work from home internship, I was directly assigned a task via email.

Main tasks

The main tasks included researching various aspects of environmental law (waste management to transboundary pollution). During the internship, I was involved in drafting numerous petitions and policies.

Good things

At EnviroLegal, you are not treated as an intern but as an equal. During the internship, I was given the task of talking to the client directly and briefing another counsel. While preparing the petitions, I had lengthy discussions on environmental topics with Ms Sukriti. I learnt a lot about organic farming from Ms Sukriti during my internship.

Bad things
