The office timings were 9 am to 6 pm it was for 6 days a week.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
There are no as such formalities on the first day because everyone is quite busy in doing their work. You yourself have to get well versed with the office atmosphere.
You get work related to their present cases there in the office, you could sit anywhere in the office and do work handed over to you.
Mainly this firm works in cases related to civil matters, criminal matters, and arbitration. So the work was given in relation to these type of cases.
Work which is given is research work, drafting of cases, drafting synopsis, etc. You even get an opportunity to visit the Nagpur High Court (Bombay bench), District Court Nagpur, Family Courts and State Consumer Forum.
Work environment and people
Everyone in the firm was quite helpful, here the working atmosphere was really very nice and if there is any birthday of anyone in the firm it was celebrated at the end of the day’s work with all the office members.
All the attorneys and co-associates were always there to help and clear all my doubts related to my work.
Everyone is quite helpful if needed help in something I could approach anyone in the firm. You get to learn a lot, it helped me to improve my research techniques. It gave me an exposure to the practical aspect of law which I am sure will go a long way and also help me in my future internships.
There was nothing bad as such during my internship.
There is no stipend
I am from Nagpur only, so accommodation was not at all a concern for me. However, one can easily find accommodation, at a reasonable rent.

I am an army girl! In a barbie world! Keeper of 5 dogs. On a diet for now. Sometimes I might make punctuation mistakes, but I make up for it by bringing in a crore or two extra. What's more important, a misplaced comma, or a well-placed crore?
