Madam was the Additional Advocate General when I interned under her in 2019.
Duration of internship
From: 10/06/2019 Till: 29/06/2019
How did you apply for the internship?
First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression
On the first day I was introduced to her juniors and clerks. The infrastructure of the office was good.
The main tasks were attending court proceedings and research work.
The work environment was good, the juniors at the office were very supportive.
The good things were, since she was the AAG of Tamil Nadu when I interned.
I had an opportunity to see some of the high profile cases that she handled.
There were no bad things.
Details about accommodation and commute
I am from Chennai, therefore the need for outside accommodation did not arise. There are lot of hostels available at Chennai, if you are from other cities.
The office is well connected, as it is inside the High Court premises. There are buses from all ends of the city, electric trains and metro trains connecting the place.
It was a overall good experience.
