I applied through law octopus by sending CV and Cover letter by mailing process and I got a reply in one day for the interview that is the best part of the law firm.

First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression

Before the interview, I was a bit nervous, but when I met Anshul Sir for the interview I was really happy and feel confident, all my nervousness goes down by the time. Then finally interview gets started. The interview first started with a brief introduction and it ends with the confirmation of the internship.

On the first day, sir introduced me to the entire colleague who works in the ANG Partners as an associate. I am bit impressed with the personal space that is provided to me for the work and also the environment is also very comfortable for working then I started my work with reading the case file related to Real Estate.

Then from the next day, I started my research work on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and started by case drafting. Sir has provided me with some pdf of case drafting. I had done case drafting of so many cases. All are related to insolvency and bankruptcy code.

Main Tasks

My main task is research work on different laws, especially insolvency and bankruptcy code. I have done research work on all the Supreme Court cases related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. I also learned to make legal notice and complaints which are used to file cases.

Work environment, people

If I talk about the work environment, the work environment is very nice and comfortable. I got my own personal space to work.

Good things

  • No stress of work.
  • Good environment
  • Because of so much research work, I learned another law like Real Estate and Insolvency and Bankruptcy, The Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 and as well as Understanding Indian Franchise Regulations.

Bad Things

No bad things.

Accommodation, commuting to an office

Accommodation is easily available in nearby areas. The office is quite literally situated next to Chirag Delhi Metro Station so commuting was easy.
