First Day Formalities Initial Impressions

You will have a brief orientation by the HR, who will acquaint you with the basic things you need to be acquainted with and allot you your working space and complete other formalities.

Main Tasks

I interned in the Corporate Department where the main tasks allotted to me included research, preparing compendium on industry-specific compliances and drafting of agreements.

Good Things

The best thing about this internship was that I received guidance from my mentor throughout my internship. For every single assigned task, be it simple research or preparing an industry-specific list of compliances, my mentor sat with me at least twice, explaining the task and analysing the output. She made sure I had clarity of thought of the task I was assigned and guided me to present it in a better manner.

The second-best thing about the internship was the food. The mess services and the canteen at Anand and Anand is amazing. There are coffee machines near every department to recharge your brain or to simply take a break for a while.

Last but not least, the library. You will find the best collection of books on IPR than I have seen at any other law firm.

Bad Things

I can’t think of any bad things about this internship.
