I applied myself by visiting his chamber and confirming the dates.

First day formalities, infrastructure, first impression

There was a formality as such and the infrastructure is quite good enough to accommodate interns properly.

Main tasks

  • Preparing case briefs pertaining to matters related to Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Penal Code and Negotiable Instruments Act.
  • Taking dictations.
  • Drafting a rent agreement from the parties.

Good things

Learnt about the detailed aspects of CPC and civil trial practice.

Work environment: It’s just awesome.

Accommodation, commuting to office

As I’m a localite here and the distance from my home to the chamber is only 5 mins, so there is no problem with commuting.
