About the Organisation

The civil court is situated in Basti and the environment of the court is very learning and clean even me and my self intern over there and I have learned many of the things that how the proceedings of a case begins. So it is a good place to start the first internship.

Application Process

Firstly you visit the court then go to Association Bar then take the list of the advocates or you can meet the advocate at there bench.

After that, he/she ask you some questions that what is your interest, last year or last semesters marks/percentage and the main question is why you want to internship under her.

First Day Formalities Initial Impressions

After the selection, they will ask you for the NOC from the university that is (No Objection Certificate) which is issued by the Department of the Faculty.

Then after that, they will give you the id card or you can say it as a permit card without that card you cannot enter in court area and that card is issued after the declaration of the advocate under whom you were interned and the card was given by the Association Bar.

Main Tasks

The main task for your during the internship is to make the case files that a person comes then after you started conversation and started to understand her or his situation and then you started making the case files that on which the case is based like an example if it is a property case then you should start the property laws that if there are any provisions are given below related with the dispute or not, or there are any previous case laws or not over the same dispute .

The main work is that you should understand the facts point to point and then you should explain the facts point to point in the same manner, that is explained by the accused.

Good Things

I have learned many things like the case file making, how to deal with the person and how the proceedings of the court started.

Bad Things

There is no kind of such bad things in my internship days, later if something evolved then I have no idea about that.

Accommodation Commute

I from Basti so I have no issues related with but if someone wants the accommodation there is a hotel and the apartment which were given over rents.

Other Info

When I was bored and my minds need some relax I go to the others outside from the chamber then started communication with the others advocate interns and one more thing there is a tea stall that name is ”Golden Tea Stall” and his tea were very famous around there.
