Sanjay Gupta Advocate, Bhopal
It was my second internship and this time it was trial court. Sanjay Gupta is a reputed name in Bhopal and my father is his good friend and that’s how I applied there.
Duration of internship and timings
4 weeks. 9 to 5 court timing. 7 – 9 office timing.
First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure
It was very informal introduction as I already knew Sanjay sir.
He was just like chill and said do whatever you want to do and ask me if any problem.
My basic interest was in civil law so I started reading the civil files which was a good experience.
Later I was taught how to draft a plaint how to maintain a file etc.
Work environment and people
Sanjay sir works alone and he doesn’t take interns I use to go to the office to learn how the file is maintain. but the best thing I learnt there was drafting
The procedure of trial court which I learnt was good.
