I have done my Summer Internship under Advocate Rajendra Daga. He practice in High Court, Nagpur.

My Uncle has a good terms with him, so, I applied under him as a intern.

Duration of internship and timings

June – July, 2016

First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

Beautiful Infra: Greenery all around. 1st day I was having a mixed feeling Nervous, excited, fear, happy. Slowly I started interacting with the people.

All the people there were so helpful and all the junior advocate were so friendly even now I am in touch with them.

Main tasks

Read the Cases and briefs. Get the deep understanding of the legislations involved in the case.

There were junior advocates working for sir, They teach me and tell me about the different law and the reasoning behind the argument they are presenting. They ask me my understanding for the case.

I have learnt how file a case and a appeal in a court,

Work environment and people

People were helpful and friendly. I was required to go with that attorney bhaiya to learn all the filing process. He use to take me from department to other. we use to roam the whole court.

Simply it was a great experience, waiting for the next summer. 🙂

Best things

The whole month was the best thing.

And after spending about a month between numbers of lawyers I cam to know that Lawyers not only have that white and black personalities but, they are fun loving, gossips chatting.

Life of the Lawyers n Courts are totally different from what it is shown in the typical bollywood movies.

Bad things

Food Court was not so good



Biggest Lessons

No profession is better than being a lawyer.
