First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

First impression of the firm was nice. It was newly constructed and well organized. Had spacious working place for associates.

The associates and partners were very friendly. Metro Station is very nearby. They have a spacious conference hall.

Main tasks

During my internship I was assigned the task to draft agreements for Shri Ram Global School.

The objective of my project was to successfully draft offer letters, appointment letters and indemnity bonds for the school.

The methodology adopted by me was researching important sections and rules of The Delhi School Education Rules & Act 1973, relevant High Court and Supreme Court Cases w.r.t.

The DSERA 1973 along with books on drafting corporate and commercial agreements.

It consists of rules and sections of the DSERA 1973 which are relevant for drafting the agreements, various Supreme Court and Delhi High Court case laws which relate to the DSERA 1973 along with Offer letters, Appointment letters and Indemnity bonds for teaching staff, non-teaching staff and management of the school

Work environment and people

Work Environment was awesome. Spacious Office. Provided laptops for interns to work. Awesome conference Hall.

Library had all the relevant books. People working there were super friendly. Great experience I had. Air conditioned office.

Best things

Interning over here is Fun. People are all the time having fun here. You get to do some real work in which actual learning takes place and your contribution and work is incorporated in the main task.

Actual work shall be assigned and deadline will be given. You will be treated very nicely and they are available for help at all times.

Bad things

To be very honest I did not find any negative qualities in the place or the people. Every one was super nice.

The work environment was super nice and it feels good to work. Sometimes they call you on Sundays as well which is also not such a headache because you are an intern.

Biggest Lessons

I learnt how to sit in an office for long hours. One learns how to develop the habit of working.

After you move out of college, this will teach you how your life is going to look like 10 years from now.

You get to work in a team. You get an experience as to how real life law is being practiced.

Working here will tell you whether you can work as a lawyer or not and how to make a career decision.

Since they had a lot of areas, one can try for various fields and get an overall exposure.

Stayed at my Home in Delhi.

Office Timings
