First Impression, First Day Formalities, Infrastructure

On my first day, I was extremely impressed by the area ‘BKC’ where the firm is situated as it is quite stunning and fancy and immediately inspires a feeling of professionalism in you. The firm located on 10th floor offers a magnificent view and has a very professional atmosphere.

Main Tasks

ARA Law specializes in M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate and Capital Markets.

Work Environment and People

Although the firm has an extremely professional environment, the associates are approachable and friendly.

It is ensured that the interns are kept busy with quality work at all times. The main tasks assigned to me in the office were research related Alternate Investment Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Equity, Company Law Provisions and SEBI Regulations.

I was also assigned a topic for presentation which I presented before all the associates on the last day of my internship.

Best Things

Enough work is assigned to an intern to keep himself/herself occupied with work with proper discussions and feedback mechanism for the same.

Evening Snacks.

Bad Things

There isn’t anything bad that I could find about ARA Law.
