I interned at AGNIHOTRI ASSOCIATES, Lucknow (1st may 2013 to 31st may 2013) .
I worked under Ms. Ranjana Agnihotri, ‘ lady known for RAM JANM BHUMI CASE and for her NGO in Lucknow for handicapped children’.
It was great fun with friends and to be there in my hometown.
She is one of the best bosses you can ever hope to work under and to be with her from morning 9:00 a.m to 8:30 p.m means spending time constructively.
The first day she asked me about myself, why I’m named thus, what do I like about my college, what my subjects were in my last semesters, my area of interest etc.
Mrs. Ranjana Agnihotri
My work was above average and she praised me a lot, most of what they asked me to draft/summarize/write was actually used that very day to close the deal with one of the clients.
I was even made to listen to one of the client-lawyer conversations on phone and jot down important points from the talk.
Another senior associate, Mr. Ratnesh Agnihotri (the man full of life) asked me to write legal letter and application but I was not good at it so he taught me.
I used to travel to High Court daily (morning to lunch time). Then in evenings I used to be there in chamber.
It used to be bit hectic but I managed it. Sunday use to be holiday. 🙂
Over the period of 4 weeks, I learnt a lot. More than I ever expected to. I
researched and gone through many family matters, and the case big enough in itself i.e RAM JANM BHUMI CASE.
