Indore Institute of Law is conducting the 1st International ADR Conference in Madhya Pradesh. The conference is being organized on the theme International Conference on Alternative Dispute Resolution “Towards a road less travelled: Multidimensional Facets of Dispute Resolution” on 15th –16th June, 2019.
Call for Papers
Papers are invited in the following sub-themes:
- The role of National courts in International Commercial Arbitration.
- Arbitration in International Investment Disputes: Bilateral Investment Treaties
- Third-party funding in arbitration
- Criminal Law convergence with Mediation
- Mandatory Commercial Mediation in India and its impact on the Courts of Law
- Need of a Legislation to regulate Mediation in India
